The Bricks Conditioning Lab is a strength and conditioning facility that offers one-on-one, small group and sports performance training. We focus on overall movement, corrective exercise, mobility, muscle gain, and weight management to promote healthy human function.

The overall goal is to help everyone become better athletes so that they can optimize their ability to do whatever it is that they enjoy doing for fun. Whether it be hiking, playing sports, traveling, crocheting or just simply commuting to and from work. Living a healthy lifestyle while minimizing the risk of injury and/or chronic illness is what we want to promote.
