About Me
Why do i train?
I train because I love to travel, be active with my daughter and spend time outdoors. I train because I want to be able to hike up a mountain and still have the gas to enjoy life at the top. I train, because I want to be able to run a Spartan race on short notice or drive across the country and have the strength to go trekking for a few days. I train so that I can do the things I love for as long as I possibly can!
My question to anyone that plans to come give my program a try is, why do you train?
